    Charles-Emmanuel FEZARD
    Born on 7 April 2003 in Chalon-sur-Saône (Saône-et-Loire).
He is currently a student sound engineer at the Formation Supérieure aux Métiers du Son at the CNSM in Paris. After studying classical and jazz saxophone at the CRR in Chalon-sur-Saône, he will join the Preparatory Class for Sound Professions at the same conservatoire in 2021, then the CNSM in Paris in 2023. Interested in generative improvisation and contemporary music from a very early age, Charles-Emmanuel recorded Timothée Quost live on two occasions, and set up an electroacoustic project based on improvisations by Carmen Lefrançois.
In 2023 he recorded and mixed the electronic parts of Gérard Buquet's Mnémosyne, and took part in the premiere of this work on 25 January 2025 at the Casa Musicale in Perpignan.

    Malena Fouillou
Born in 1999 in Les Lilas, she began her musical training in 2017 with piano at the Conservatoire d'agglomération du Val d'Yerres, where she is currently a pupil of pianist Ancuza Aprodu. After studying acoustics at university, Malena joined Ircam in 2022, graduating a year later with a master's degree in ATIAM (Acoustics, Signal Processing and Computer Science Applied to Music), a course run in collaboration with Telecom Paris and Sorbonne University. This experience was a turning point in her career, as she entered the École Normale Supérieure Paris-Saclay to focus her research and scientific knowledge on creating music with electronics. It was only natural that she should join the Ensemble Next at the Conservatoire National Supérieur de Musique et de Danse de Paris, in partnership with the Ensemble Intercontemporain. This training enabled her to follow the teachings of leading RIMs such as Augustin Müller and Andrew Gerzso on the repertoire of Pierre Boulez. She has also worked on pieces by Frédéric Durieux, Martin Matalon and Luis Naón, and on works by students in the electroacoustic composition class. In 2025 she performed at the Haute École de Musique de Lausanne, at Ircam's Manifest festival and at Casa Musicale with the support of the Flashback ensemble. Today, her research focuses on questions of the durability and conservation of musical works with electronic devices, with a parallel practice as a performer of mixed repertoire. She is taking part in a working group with Serge Lemouton (Ircam), Jacques Warnier (CNSMDP), Thomas Bottini (Iremus) and Laurent Pottier (ECLLA - UJM) on the Antony project, a collaborative platform for safeguarding and sharing musical heritage using digital technologies.

    Emma Gergely
A cellist and opera singer, Emma Gergely likes to combine her two means of artistic expression. She began playing the cello at Le Mans Conservatoire with David Harlé. After graduating, she was awarded the Prix d'Honneur by the city of Le Mans in 2015. Continuing her studies at the Conservatoire de Saint-Maur-des-Fossés with Matthieu Lejeune, she joined the CNSMDP in 2017 in the class of Marc Coppey and then Emmanuelle Bertrand. She has performed in various chamber music concerts, from sonatas to octets, and as a soloist with orchestra in Tchaikovsky's Variations on a Rococo Theme. A member of the Orchestre français des jeunes and then the Gustav Mahler Jungend Orchester, she has performed in prestigious venues such as the Philharmonie de Paris, the Konzerthaus in Berlin, the Musikverein in Vienna, the Athénéum in Bucharest, the Gulbekian Center in Lisbon, the Concertgebow in Amsterdam, the Sala São Paulo... Also a mezzo-soprano, Emma Gergely studied singing at the Bobigny Conservatoire with Robert Expert and Anthony Lo Papa. She recently appeared on stage as soloist in Pergolese's Stabat mater (alto voice), Mozart's Marriage of Figaro (Marcellina), Lecoq's operetta La fille de Madame Angot (Mademoiselle Lange), Puccini's Gianni Schicchi (Zita), Ravel's L'enfant et les sortilèges (the Chinese cup, the dragonfly) and very recently in Poulenc's Dialogues des Carmélites (Madame de Croissy), directed by Yann Toussaint. Emma Gergely forms a duo with pianist Arthur Gautier, offering recitals combining piano, voice and cello. They have had the opportunity to work with Jeff Cohen at the CNSMDP, and have recently performed thanks to the Orphée musique association and the Jeunes Talents association.

    Louis Hognon
Born in Metz in 2000, Louis Hognon began his musical career at the Talange music school. He wanted to play the drums at the age of 6, but his parents urged him to take up the saxophone. So in 2010 he was admitted to the Metz Conservatoire in the saxophone class of Grégoire Favre-d'Echallens and Christian Joyeux. Two years later, Louis joined the Toulouse Conservatoire to perfect his skills in the class of Florence and Philippe Lecocq. With the help of his teachers, he took part in his first international competition organised by the Lions Clubs in 2016 in Hungary, where he was awarded the "1st Youth Music Prize". His brilliant beginnings led him to sit the entrance exam for the Conservatoire National Supérieur de Musique et de Danse de Paris in 2019, where he joined Claude Delangle's class, a year in which he also won 2nd prize at the 'Rencontres des Anches simples' in Toulouse in the 'Excellence' category. During his time at the Paris Conservatoire, Louis joined two chamber music ensembles: the Quatuor Kopa and the Ensemble Rhapsodix, with whom he performs regularly on stage. Louis also took part in two major international saxophone competitions, the 'Adolphe Sax' International Competition in l'Haÿ-les-roses in 2020 and the 'Andorra Sax Fest' International Competition in 2022, each in the 'Soloist' category, where he won 2nd prize in consecutive years. He obtained his Bachelor's degree in May 2022, with unanimous acclaim from the jury, and his DE teaching diploma in June 2023. He is currently pursuing his Master's degree.
