ATELIER YOGA DU SON

SOUND YOGA WORKSHOP in Montsauche les Settons from 4pm to 6pm at the Médiathèque du Centre Social. During this 2-hour workshop, we'll start by loosening up the body with a yoga practice that's accessible to everyone, then we'll sing simple phonemes, the 5 vowels and a few mantras. We'll finish the workshop lying down or sitting to relax to the sound of Tibetan and crystal bowls. Registration required
