Taste the same series of wines in an analytical and sensitive way.
Christine Botton, oenologist, will welcome you to our winery for a guided tour of the premises, followed by a themed tasting session. You will first taste the wines in a cellar in transparent glasses, then a second time in opaque glasses. The evening will end with a convivial dinner in the dining room adjoining the winery.
