Its 4,700 m2 garden/wooded area on the edge of the forest promises great encounters: deer, birds, etc. and the enclosed paved courtyard will allow you to bask in the sun.
You can meet the owners (who are very, very discreet but available because they live across the street) in the vegetable garden, the orchard, in the workshop, or in the independent massage parlour.

In the heart of Burgundy, bordered by the Morvan, on the wine route (Beaune, Mercurey, Nuits-Saint-Georges, Puligny-Montrachet, Gevrey-Chambertin...), with a rich fauna and flora (mushrooms, forests, lakes), greenways, Gallo-Roman and medieval sites, second-hand goods shops, Emmaüs, spas, casinos.... A semi-detached house of 55 m2 in the commune of Le Creusot, the stronghold of the renowned Schneider family.
In a setting conducive to a return to the roots, relaxation, meditation or idleness, but 10 minutes from the city centre, 20 minutes from the Le Creusot Montceau TGV station, 45 minutes from the A6, this house has been designed in an upcycling, recycling, second-hand and second-hand approach (we do not have the comfort of modern and new, we recycle, we adapt, we renovate little).
Its 2 bedrooms, its small extra bed in the living room, its living room - dining room, its kitchen with convivial bar combine vintage and comfort. You will find everything you need to make a raclette, a fondue, to cook (microwave, oven, electric hob, fridge, coffee machine, Malongo coffee machine, kettle, steam cooker, pressure cooker), all the crockery.
Here and there, benches, armchairs, barbecues, braziers and tables allow you to enjoy the outside. Everything is done to take a breath, a moment for yourself or with friends. Deckchairs, outdoor beds and plenty of cushions will make this stay a must for relaxation and zenitude.
An outdoor bathtub at room temperature can be installed to enjoy the view.
Linen and towels are included, as well as all crockery. There is no need to unmake the beds on departure, the owners will take care of it.
For 10 euros, it is possible to have a 6 kg washing machine (no machine in the house) made by the owners.
At your disposal: basic necessities (tea, coffee, oil, sugar, ... soap, cotton, ...) that you will have to replenish only in case of sustained use.
An ironing board and a small iron are also available.
Outdoor games (table tennis, bowling, petanque, badminton, frisbee, etc.), board games or solitaire games, a few gym accessories (2 large balls, skipping rope, yoga mat, etc.) are available as required.
Dogs, cats and animals are very welcome! And bowls are available here and there.
The house is non-smoking, but there are ashtrays everywhere outside!
Possibility to park in front of the house or in the paved courtyard.
