From 8pm, the Chapelle du Saint Sacrement will be alive with the eagerly awaited Children's Christmas, performed by the choirs of the Cathedral's choir school, a warm and festive moment when the magic of Christmas can be experienced by all the family.
On Saturday 13 December, the market will be in full swing from 11am to 9pm. At 4pm, the square in front of the Lycée Bonaparte will be the setting for a tree-decorating competition especially for children. It's the perfect way to let their creativity and good humour shine through, while spreading the Christmas spirit. There'll also be a fun-filled choir on Saturday!
Then, at 7pm, head to the Place du Champ de Mars for a unique acrobatic light show! Light juggling, spectacular acrobatics and pyrotechnic effects will give the public a moment of suspended animation, as the night lights up with a thousand lights.
On Sunday 14 December, the market will come alive from 11am to 6pm. Visitors will also be able to enjoy the enchanting wanderings of the Fabulleux.
Throughout the weekend, Father Christmas will be present, accompanied by Olaf, the famous snowman from The Snow Queen, and a reindeer. They'll be strolling through the shopping streets to meet families.
On Wednesday 17 December, from 2pm, the Espace Saint-Jean (22 rue Naudin) will be the venue for a festive afternoon with the Autun social centres, the CIAS, associations and local residents.
