2.5 km walk (Tour of Lake Autun)
8km Walk/Run (Botanical Circuit)
13km Walk/Run (Raidillon des Cloix with refreshments)
18km Walk/Run/Trail (ascent of the Croix de la Libération with refreshments) start at 10am maximum

Mountain bike circuit 22 kms (La ferme aux Cochons)
Mountain bike circuit 39 kms (Mont Saint-Sébastien with refreshments) start at 10 a.m. maximum

There will be 2 refreshment points:
1. l'Etang des Cloix for the 13-22-39 km circuits
2. the Croix de la Libération for routes 18-39 kms


Coffee and cake will be available at the start, and a refreshment stand in aid of the association will be available at the finish.
