Découverte sensorielle du jardin Échos Polychromes

In 2023, the theme of the cultural programme of the Hôtel-Dieu des Hospices Civils de Beaune is Hospitality. For the Month of the Climats, the Hôtel-Dieu is offering the ""Ateliers des sens"" activity, which consists of 2-hour visits and workshops with Marie-France Bravard, creator of the Ateliers Vins & Parfums, and a mediator from the Hôtel-Dieu.

> Workshop: "Sensory discovery of the Echos polychromes garden
For this visit-workshop, which will be shared between the apothecary and the "Echos polychromes" garden, the theme will be the garden of simple plants and, by extension, the care and medicine of plants used from the Middle Ages to the present day. The programme includes a visit, followed by a workshop led by Marie-France Bravard, a professional perfumer, who will offer an olfactory approach using the scents of the plants present. Through this exploration of plant essences, in their medical role and their scent, the history of the Climats area can be heard and felt!
