In a district surrounded by the springs of the Bouzaize and the Aigue, emblematic rivers of Beaune at the origin of the town, dive into the unexpected history of two Climats, between houses and vineyards. The abbey of Ile de l'Aigue, the Cardeur family and the Foulot mill will be our historical guides to understanding the name, location and cadastral evolution of the Climats of La Blanchisserie and Foulot.
