    Alexandre Benani is CNRS research director at the Centre des Sciences du Goût et de l'Alimentation (CSGA - AgroSup Dijon/CNRS/INRAE/Université de Bourgogne). He will explain how the brain perceives nutritional signals and responds by adjusting eating behaviour.
    No longer hungry... But what exactly does that mean? And what happens in our brains when we eat? He will then talk about his work on brain plasticity as an important factor...

    No longer hungry... But what exactly does that mean? And what happens in our brains when we eat? He will then talk about his work on brain plasticity as an important factor in the sensation of satiety. Finally, he will discuss the prospects for the world of health.
    This evening event is part of the 26th Brain Week, organised in over 100 towns and cities in France from 11 to 17 March 2024.
    It is organised in partnership with Sciences en lumière as part of Brain Week.
    Venue: UT Le Creusot amphitheatre Mesures Physique 6.30pm.
    This conference-debate will be preceded by a presentation to lycée Léon Blum students in Le Creusot in the afternoon.
