Rules and conditions of entry :
- Open to all except professionals
- Prepare a homemade log, iced or pastry, with a minimum of 6 portions
- Free choice of flavour and technique
- Presentation on a cutting board
- Hand in the log before 3.15pm on 21 December, in the kitchen of the village hall.
Scoring criteria: 5 will be awarded for presentation, taste and originality.
The jury will be made up of two professionals (Franck, chef at Franck et Francine in Saint-Prix & Romain, baker at La petite boulangerie du Morvan in Saint-Léger) and three local gourmets!
