Concert/Bal trad Duo N'Dumont

You can have the same musical background, from the conservatoire and classical music lessons to the switch to traditional music. You can have spent 15 years playing together at the same parties, the same bistros, the same festivals, the same jam sessions. You could have lived in the same village, in the heart of the Morvan, for a decade. You could be working on the same project, combining music from the Morvan and Vietnam, unfinished but unbridled (no pun intended). You might decide to learn Irish music together, from pub to session. But we may only have had the idea of forming a dance music duo a few months ago, when the same repertoire has been flowing through our fingers for years.
Some might say that we're long-winded. We'll reply that, like good wines or cheeses, we take our time to mature. Happy tasting!
